This is a wonderful quality stretch cotton woven with a twill weave, from a NY designer. The decorative paisley print is bright and fresh, perfect for summer, and features powder blue, periwinkle, wisteria, dark navy, white, etc. (PANTONE 17-4037, 16-3930, 14-4121, etc.). Wonderful quality, medium-weight with a cottony drape, and 15% stretch in the width only. Perfect for a fitted dress, skirt, jacket, stretch pants or capris, etc. Test first, separately, if you wish to machine wash cold, gentle, and hang to dry.
