Each skirt panel is 34.5" long, and they are sold by the panel, so please order in increments of 1 yard.
These amazing skirt panels from a NY designer are just exquisite... The upper part has about 4" of shirring, measuring 25" at rest, which would be used for the waistband, and the skirt is pleated, fanning out to a maximum width of 58". The fabric is semi-sheer with a floaty drape. The print is a streaky abstract in blue vapor and pearly white (PANTONE 14-4110 and 12-4302, etc.). I've attempted to drape it over my dress form to give you an idea of how it would look on a body. Make a fantastic-looking skirt with little effort! Or, perhaps a sleeveless dress for a smaller child (use the elasticised part as the bodice), or get creative and turn upside down to make a top/blouse. SO cool... have fun with it!! Some styles may need lining or layering. Hand wash (test first) or dry clean. This fabric cannot be swatched, sorry.
