This is a beautiful quality black cotton/silk voile has a raised velvet dot and a very slight mechanical stretch in the width. It is lightweight and sheer, with a floaty, soft drape. Great for scarf, blouse, shirt, tunic, etc. Some projects will require lining. Dry clean or test first for hand washing in cold water, hang to dry.
