From a NY designer, this is a fabulous silk chiffon, airy, floaty and semi-sheer. The print is a wonderful black and white dotty ombre design that morphs from larger to smaller dots over a 36" repeat. Perfect for a scarf, blouse, top, tunic, etc. (lining or layering may be needed). Dry clean or test first if you wish to wash at home.
