NY designer 2-ply jacquard gingham patch suiting

This gorgeous quality 2-ply jacquard from the sample room of a NY designer, made in Italy, is SO unique and appealing. It is a jacquard weave in black and white, but the overall coloring comes across more as "newsprint" tones due to the mixing of fibers in the weave. It looks the same on both sides, and the woven-in design is a gingham check patchwork with a slubby surface texture. It has some body in the drape, and it's a medium-weight suiting, perfect for a fashionable jacket, pouffy skirt, tulip-style dress, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
