French vintage floral 4-way sweater knit brocade

From a new shipment from France and Italy, this is a wonderful sweater knit jacquard brocade with a stunning vintage floral pattern. Althought is has about 25% widthwise and lengthwise stretch, it is quite stable. The colors are deep apricot, black, teal, magenta, with bits of purple and soft white (PANTONE 17-1540, 18-4528, etc.). It is a medium weight knit suiting with body in the drape and is perfect for a tailored jacket, pencil skirt, fitted dress, suit, etc. Some of the fibers have a very subtle leather-like sheen that add a richness and sophistication. Wish I had more! Just a few yards available. Dry cleaning recommended.
