From Italy, this fantastic wool blend sweater knit is a heavier weight and stable knit with a boucle' texture on the face and a flat plain knit stitch on the reverse that makes a fabulous contrast. It has about 10% widthwise stretch in the width, and it has a soft drape with body. The colors are so pretty: medium gray, umber and pale silvery gray (PANTONE 17-1417, 17-4402, etc). The boucle' texture is quite dimensional and "organized", achieved by weaving thick and chunky yarns throught the plain sweater knit. Absolutely stunning, perfect for mor structured cardigans, sweater jacket, roomy tunic or sweater dress, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
