French 2-ply cotton gauzy plaid - pink/blue 1.5 yd

From a discounted group of fabrics imported from France and Italy, this fabulous 2-ply cotton woven has a lovely yarn-dyed plaid on one side and a gingham check on the other. The colors are in pink rose, powder blue and white (PANTONE 18-2143, 14-4210, etc). Each layer is like a fine cotton--almost like a gauze---and they are sewn together to create a soft and airy beauty! The weight is quite versatile, and it's almost opaque, with lovely drape, and would be a great choice for a casual shirt, dress, skirt, tunic top, etc. Make a reversible garment, or use the reverse for collar, cuffs, pockets or trim.
