This fabulous silk blouseweight from a NY designer has a floaty and soft drape and is just a bit semi-sheer. The print, an inky ombre dot design with a 6.5" repeat features black and antique ivory (PANTONE 13-1008). Make a blouse, top, tunic, scarf, or line for a dress or skirt.
