Italian black/blue textured stretch matelasse'

Just in with a new shipment from France and Italy, this is a wonderful stretch matelasse' brocade with a textured surface pattern and a leather look. It has about 15% widthwise stretch, and is a medium weight suiting with body in the drape. The colors are black and soft blue (PANTONE 17-4020 mixed with black). It is perfect for a tailored jacket, pencil skirt, fitted dress, evening coat, suit, stretch pants, etc. Dress up or down! Dry cleaning recommended.
