From the sample room of NY designer, this is a fabulous special occasion fabric with a lot of movement and dimension. The underlayer is a sheer nylon mesh which is covered with frayed-edged poly chiffon ribbon strips in a random arrangement. The fabric is then over-printed with a beautiful stylized floral design in vivid colors on a black background (PANTONE 16-1357, 15-4225, 17-6229, 12-0738, etc.). Semi-sheer with lovely drape, and perfect for a party dress, skirt, a fun jacket over a simple sheath dress, etc. Dry clean, or test first if you'd like to try hand-washing at home.
