'tea party' in blue print cotton shirting .9 yds

This is fine quality shirting weight cotton woven print, lightweight and semi-opaque with a cottony drape and a soft hand. It has about 10% widthwise stretch but is very stable. The print is a pretty tea party print in shades of periwinkle, dusty wisteria, smokey blue, black and white (PANTONE 17-3930, 15-4319, etc.). For blouses, shirts, tunics, dresses, skirts, etc!
