French sapphire/lilac/jade textured matelasse'

From a top French mill that produces fabrics for Chane1, this is an absolutely STUNNING matelasse', a textured and dimensional brocade with a mottled abstract design (17" repeat). The coloring has a luminous effect, with sapphire, jade and lilac fibers woven with black to create depth and richness (PANTONE 19-3951, 15-3207, 17-4928 all mixed with black). The reverse is pretty as well, with a bit more prominence of the lilac tone. It's a jacket/suiting weight, and the drape is supple yet with body, just perfect for an evening coat, jacket, sheath dress or fitted skirt. It's elegant, regal and sophisticated. Dry cleaning recommended.
