David Meister navy/black textured brocade

From David Meister, this is a beautiful quality textured brocade made in Italy, a medium suiting weight with a matelasse' weave and a more firm drape. The dark navy and black design has an 11.5" repeat and the texture alternates raised and recessed areas to create the design. The fabric reads as two shades of dark blue, as the black fibers are mixed with the blue to create the darker shade (PANTONE 19-4220, 19-3908). Perfect for a simple and elegant evening coat or jacket, or a very structured skirt or evening dress. Dry cleaning recommended.
