This is a beautiful stretch silk chiffon from a NY designer, sheer with a floaty drape. It has about 10% widthwise stretch and the print features a wonderful "clouds of blue" abstract in whispery tones of turquoise and navy (PANTONE 16-4427, 17-4020, etc.). Use as a layering piece in a blouse, tunic, top, scarf, etc. Test first if you would like to hand wash, or dry clean.
