From a NY designer, this is a fabulous quality viscose/lycra 4-way stretch knit (approx. 30% stretch in the width, 15% in the length), medium-light weight and opaque, with lovely drape and a soft and "dry" hand. The red, black, pale gray and white graphic design is fantastic, with so much opportunity for creative placement on a top, tee, tunic, dress or skirt. (PANTONE 18-1664, etc.). It has a 22.5" repeat. Test first if you would like to hand or machine wash, and hang or lay flat to dry. 1.25 yds.
