A stunning fancy weave wool blend basketweave tweed just in with a new Fall 2014 lot from Italy, which has far more beauty and texture in real life. It has a mix of thicker and thinner textured yarns in a gorgeous blend of earthy colors: light browns, sagey green-gray, stone, putty, elephant, etc. (PANTONE 16-5804, 18-0617, 19-0405, etc.). Although it has a more "rustic" look, it's very refined (not itchy), and both sides look the same. Medium weight suiting with a malleable drape with body. Make a beautiful French tweed jacket, suit, skirt, lighter weight coat, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
