From Italy, this is a wonderful fancy weave cotton suiting that has a mix of thicker and thinner yarns that forms a graphic design of interlocking rectangles. It has a bit of a raffia look, with a more firm drape and slightly waxy, textured surface. The colors are lovely: camel, cobalt, black and creamy ivory (PANTONE 17-1134, 18-4247, 11-0602). The reverse side is not meant to be seen--it has a flatter texture and the colors are obscured by the thinner ivory yarns. Perfect for suiting, jackets, lightweight coat, etc., and it can be dressed up or down. Dry cleaning recommended. 1.66 yds.
