From a CA designer, this is a fantastic viscose/lycra 4-way stretch knit (30% stretch in the width, 20% in the length), lightweight yet opaque, with lovely drape and a soft and "dry" hand. The scallop ombre pattern has a 43" repeat and has only TWO colors, black and bone (PANTONE 12-0804-ish), although the flash makes it look like the light color changes (it doesn't). Perfect for tees, tops, tunics, dresses, etc. Beautiful quality! Test first if you would like to wash at home.
