From Italy, this is a wonderful fancy weave cotton suiting that has a mix of thicker and thinner yarns that forms a graphic design of interlocking rectangles. It has a bit of a raffia look, with a more firm drape and slightly waxy, textured surface. The colors are lovely: camel, cobalt, black and creamy ivory (PANTONE 17-1134, 18-4247, 11-0602). The reverse side is not meant to be seen--it has a flatter texture and the colors are obscured by the thinner ivory yarns. Perfect for suiting, jackets, lightweight coat, etc., and it can be dressed up or down. Dry cleaning recommended.
