From the sample room of Corey Lynn Ca1ter, this is a lovely leafy-design lace fabric in black, very fine and lightweight, sheer and drapey. It has about 20% mechanical stretch in the width only. Make an overlay for a top, tunic, dress, gown, lingerie, etc. Test first, but hand-washing is probably fine.
