This is a wonderful rayon matte jersey (25% stretch in the width only), very lightweight with liquid drape and a slightly crepey texture, in a vibrant navy blue tone (PANTONE 19-3952). Excellent quality, semi-opaque, perfect for tops, tunics or cardigans with drapey details. Dry clean or test first if you choose to hand wash and hang or lay flat to dry.
