NY designer navy/white flowers poly 'taffeta'

This lovely poly/nylon taffeta has a cottony hand and a crisp and light drape. The print is a charming little floral in navy and white (PANTONE 19-3938), and the fabric, although lightweight, is opaque with a very tight weave. It's perfect for a pouffy skirt, a peplum top, overshirt, etc. Lovely, versatile and well-priced! Test first if you wish to hand or machine wash, and hang to dry.
