Italian textured crinkle stripe cotton woven

This is a wonderful shirting/dress weight yarn-dye crinkled cotton woven made in Italy, with a very cool stripey design that has intermittent raised areas (like embroidery, but it's part of the weave) to add dimension and texture. The colors are so pretty; shades of aquamarine, sea foam and other soft "island" tones (PANTONE 12-5409, 14-4811, 13-4303, etc.). It has a soft and malleable cottony drape with some body. If you orient the stripes vertically (by cutting your pattern crosswise) on your garment it has more drape. This fabric is semi-opaque and is a perfect choice for mens or ladies shirts, a summery dress, skirt, top, casual capris, etc. Please test first if you wish to wash at home, or dry clean.
