This is a lovely stretch cotton (10% stretch widthwise) printed with a lacey panel design that has a 32.5" repeat. The colors are black and aqua (PANTONE 14-4811). Striking design and lovely quality, and it's a dress/pants/jacket weight with a crisp cottony drape. Achieve a designer look at a great price! Test first, separately, if you wish to wash at home. Make fabulous skinny pants or capris, a summer dress, jacket, skirt, etc. Please order in increments of "1" for one panel, "2" for two, and so on.
