NY designer crinkle textured matelasse - black

This is a wonderful matelasse' from a NY designer, a versatile beauty in basic black with a crinkled, puckered design and texture. It is medium-light weight, opaque, has beautiful drape with some body, and a matte finish which makes it quite versatile---a fabric that can go from day to evening! It has just a bit of mechanical give in the width only (about 10-15%), with great recovery. Make anything from a fitted top to a body-conscious sheath dress or skirt to a fitted jacket or suit! Dry cleaning recommended.
