Italian bronze/black ombre panel matelasse

Available by special order only, limited supply. This is a very unusual and beautiful Italian matelasse' (pucker-textured) brocade panel design. This suiting/light coating weight beauty has 47"-long panels (1.3 yards), so please order in increments of 1.3 yards (1.3 for one panel, 2.6 for two, etc). 31" of the panel is the dimple-textured matelasse' design, and then there's a small ombre area which becomes the more solid part of the panel (16" for this section). The colors are a bronzey brown and black (PANTONE 18-1048 is close). Malleable with body and a somewhat firm drape, perfect for a special jacket or coat. Dry cleaning recommended. (There is very little wool in this, less than 15%.)
