NY designer blk/gold fleur-de-lis brocade panels

From a NY designer sample room, this is a lovely brocade suiting, a special gold and black matelasse-like weave with a fleur-de-lis design in a 32.5" panel (let's call each panel 1 yard, I've adjusted the price accordingly). Please order in 1-yard increments. Half of each panel has a more pronounced gold color, the other half more subdued. The surface is textured, with a smooth and reflective look for the gold, and a more soft and wooly look in the black areas. Take advantage of the stripe to create a garment that highlights the areas you want to highlight, and visually recedes in the other areas. It's a medium-weight suting with lovely drape with body--it's not stiff at all. Perfect for a jacket, skirt, sheath dress, long vest, etc. Very regal and rich, with an interesting twist! Dry cleaning recommended.
