This is a lovely rayon challis, a lightweight woven that is semi-opaque with a soft and flowing drape. The "violet leaves" graphic has a 19.25" vertical repeat, and since this fabric is completely stable, your pattern can be laid out in either direction or on the bias. It is wonderfully soft, making it perfect for a casual shirt, blouse, tunic, dress or skirt, a lining for a jacket or coat, etc. Hand or machine wash, hang to dry.
