Italian tufted waffle stretch wool fleece - neutral gray .75 yds

From Italian designer deadstock, this amazing wool fleece has the appearance of a waffle knit, but is constructed with a grid of super soft tufted wool squares. The fleecey grid appears on the front side only, with a plain knit stitch on the back. The color is a neutral gray (PANTONE 17-4402), and it is just right for a fabulous cozy cardigan, top, tunic, sweater dress, etc. It has about 20% stretch in the width, and is fairly stable in the length. It has a soft drape, and a fleecy, dimensional texture without being heavy. Treat as you would any fine sweater knit (please test first!). .75 yds.
