Italian 'painted floral montage' cotton canvas-weave

This is a beautiful quality Italian designer deadstock canvas-weave cotton woven, similar in weight to a medium weight denim or twill. The weave of this fabric is quite visible, providing visual interest and texture through the gorgeous over-printed design. The "painted floral montage" print (38" repeat) features tones of mandarin orange, rose, misty blue, sage green, umber, daylily, etc. on a natural background (PANTONE 17-1562, 17-1929, 14-4804, 11-0806, etc.). It is opaque with no stretch and a bit of crispness in the drape. A great choice for a jeans style jacket, trench coat, jeans, etc. Test first if you want hand or machine wash, and hang or tumble dry low.
