From designer deadstock and made in Europe, this is an expertly woven gem of a fabric. It is a lighter suiting weight, but its dimensional weave provides such surface texture that it appears more substantial. It is stable in both directions with some firmness in the drape. The "black and white cookie" pattern (1" repeat) features raven black and snow white. Make a stunning and classic jacket or topper coat, special occasion suiting, etc. Though the reverse is a very pretty inversion of the design, lining is recommended to protect the float stitches. Dry cleaning is recommended, but if you choose to handwash please test first.
