'Venezia' exquisite embroidered cotton lace

From a Dutch manufacturer specializing in high-quality sustainable fabrics, this is an exquisite, finely embroidered cotton with a textural design. The base fabric is a featherweight 100% cotton voile with a matte finish and slight crinkle texture. It brings to mind vintage bridal or special occasion garments. The embroidery provides beautiful texture and interest. It is semi-sheer with a 6" solid cotton border along one selvage and a 1.25" solid cotton border along the other, with 49" of the width being embroidered. The embroidered design has a vertical repeat of about 16.5". The color is a bright warm white. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. This fabric is just phenomenal and yardage is limited. Make a breathtaking special-occasion dress, bridal dress and veil, sheer over shirt, lined skirt, dress, etc. Hand wash cool and lay flat or hang to dry, or dry clean. Do not bleach and iron on low.
