From designer deadstock and made in Italy, this is a wonderful quality shirting or dress weight viscose woven with 10% stretch in the width only. It is nearly opaque with a smooth surface and a very subtle sheen. It has some cottony crispness in the drape. The color is a pretty antique rose, and it looks the same on both sides. An excellent choice for sewing shirts, tunics, lined dresses and skirts, etc. Hand wash, hang to dry (please test first), or dry clean.
