From designer deadstock, this is a wonderful quality mid-weight cotton woven with a twill weave on the face and a French terry loop on the reverse. An opaque, soft and stretchy alternative to denim with some cottony crispness in the drape. The 5% elastic content provides 20% stretch in the width and nice recovery. Perfect for a classic denim-style jacket or overshirt tailored dress or skirt, pants or shorts, etc. With such a comfortable and stretchy feel, this fabric is a great choice for babies and kids as well. Please be sure to prewash separately and hang to dry (please test first). launder your completed garment inside out to retain the dark wash.
