cross dye denim - medium indigo/cherry

This is an INCREDIBLE piece...Not at all your typical denim! Featuring a tiny cross-dyed ottoman weave of deep indigo and cherry threads white crossthreads for an overall impression of a unique shade of purple. It has a very handsome, usable selvage in cherry red and parchment. It is completely stable in both directions and has a crisp drape that will soften with washing. This coveted style of selvage denim can be aligned with your pattern pieces to sew designer quality jeans, jackets, overshirts, a tailored dress or skirt, shorts, tote bags or a lovely apron that will last a lifetime. Prewash separately and hang to dry (please test first). Launder your completed garment inside out to retain the dark color.
