Italian two-sided wool doubleknit - merlot/black 1.625 yds

This is a gorgeous two-sided doubleknit from a NY designer, medium weight, smooth-textured and soft with body in the drape. It has just about 5% widthwise stretch. One side is black and the other a deep merlot color (PANTONE 19-1617). It is perfect for structured (not drapey) cardigan jacket, cocoon coat, poncho, etc. It doesn't ravel at the edges. The layers are knitted together and can't be separated. Test first if you wish to hand wash, and lay flat to dry, or dry clean. 1.625 yds.
