This wonderful Italian wool doublecloth coating has a cozy brushed texture, a soft hand and lots of body in the drape because it is quite thick. It is an opaque and heavy weight, yet not "weighty". The layers of the doublecloth are sewn together and can be pulled apart (with some effort). It has a deep mahogany tweed color on one side, and a sandy light brown on the other (PANTONE 19-1420, 16-1105-ish). Excellent quality coating weight, perfect for winter coats and jackets. Dry cleaning recommended. 4 yds.
