From a NY designer, this all wool doubleknit is classic and luxurious, and the color is jet black. It has body in the drape, and is dense with a felted texture, although it's not heavy or stiff. It has about 20% widthwise stretch, and is stable in the length. Use for any project that would call for a more stable sweater knit or wool knit. Perfect for a knit suit, cardigan, jacket, etc. Dry clean, or if you wish to try hand or machine washing, please test first. Lay flat to dry.
