This printed "poly-silk" twill is made to imitate a high end silk/wool twill. From a famous designer and made in Italy, it is a dress weight with a more firm, architectural drape and a spectacular watercolor floral print that comes out from the selvage and covers half the width before thinning out to a sprinkling of flowers. Cut your garment crosswise if you wish to use the border design in the way shown in the fifth and sixth photos below. The colors, on a black background, are shades of claret, pink blush, green , burgundy, pearly white, etc. (PANTONE 18-1658, 13-1513, 16-6318, etc.).
