Italian wool/lycra doubleface knit - waffle/gray

This amazingly beautiful and useful fabric is wool/lycra doubleface knit from Italy, with black/winter white tweedy waffle weave on one side, and a plain medium gray knit on the other (PANTONE 18-0000-ish). Together the two layers form a stable doubleknit with about 15% widthwise stretch. It is medium weight and opaque with body in the drape. It doesn't fray, so you could quite easily make a reversible garment that will serve as a luxury neutral in your wardrobe for years to come. Make a cardigan, sweater jacket, roomy tunic or sweater dress, cape or drapey jacket, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
