From Italian designer deadstock, this is a wonderful mid-weight ripstop in a deep navy blue! It is stable and completely opaque with firmness in the drape. Ripstop fabric has a distinctive grid-like pattern in the weave with thicker, reinforced threads. Its signature weave makes ripstop much more durable than another fabric of the same weight, and this reinforcement prevents tears from spreading. It is also water-resistant! An excellent option for applications like performance, utility and travel. Machine wash on a delicate cycle with cool water and a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry and iron on low. Please be sure to test first.
