From designer deadstock and made in Europe, this is a classic party style with a stable, black woven base and 1/8" sequins in jet black that catch the light beautifully. The sequins are attached with a hole on the top, so they overlap like shingles and can flip to lay in either direction (note that both sides of the sequins are identical). The quality is absolutely fantastic, and it will be so much fun to wear. The perfect style for holiday parties!
