This is a wonderful cotton/spandex stretch French terry, imported from The Netherlands. It has a plain knit stitch on the face and an incredibly soft, brushed terry texture on the back. A softness to rival our line of Dutch fleece fabrics! This fabric is opaque with some body in the drape, and it's a medium weight (comparable to a lighter fleece sweatshirt). The fabric is soft and substantial, with about 20% stretch widthwise and lengthwise. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The "safari parade" design (about 10" x 7" repeat) is printed in blue on a cool white base. Make a tee, top, hoodie, tunic, skirt, dress, etc. Also a nice choice for crib sheets or pillows to use during cooler months. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first.
