Description

From Italian designer deadstock, this is an ultra-luxe boiled wool knit. It has a soft and fluffy texture on the face with warm spice tone speckling and a plain knit stitch on the back. It is a heavier suiting or lighter coating weight. Gorgeous quality, and its "warm speckle" design makes a stunning impression. It has about 5% stretch in the width due to its knit construction and it is stable in the length. This fabric is malleable and not at all dense. The edges don't easily fray so it's wonderful to work with. Sew a cozy cardigan, lined or unlined knit jacket or coat, or choose an insulated lining to make a warm winter coat. Dry clean, or if you wish to try hand-washing please test first, and lay flat to dry.
