This is a soft and luxurious rayon blend sweater knit, a light weight that has a plain knit stitch on the face and purl on the reverse. The face of the fabric is brushed so that the yarn-dyed colors are softly blended and there is a cashmere-like texture to the surface. The color is a mottled dusty mauve (PANTONE 16-3304). It is opaque and tightly knit, yet light with a beautiful, soft drape. With about 50% widthwise stretch and 40% lengthwise it also has excellent recovery. Absolutely perfect for tops, tunics, sweaters, comfy and elegant separates, scarf, etc. Note the extra width! Dry clean or hand wash and lay flat to dry, but always test first. 2.25 yds.
