organic cotton rib knit - sienna .5 yds

This is a wonderful organic cotton ribbing, an opaque and medium-light weight knit with a rib stitch that looks the same on both sides. Produced in Turkey for a North American company, this fabric is Oeko-Tex certified as well as organic, assuring non-toxic fibers, chemicals and dyes. It has about 30% widthwise stretch and is stable lengthwise. The color is called sienna, similar to terracotta with pink undertones (PANTONE 18-1630 is close). Note the width. This ribbing pairs perfectly with our line of organic cotton fleece-backed sweatshirt knits and is great for necklines, cuffs and hems or for casual separates, knit tops, loungewear, a sweater dress, etc. So soft!
