This is a wonderful quality polyester crepe print, an economical alternative to silk crepe. It is light weight and semi-opaque with a soft and floaty drape. The crepe surface texture is distinct and contributes to the overall art-deco character of the fabric. The "emperor's fan" design (3" repeat) features ivory and black on a scarlet red background (PANTONE 11-0105, 19-1760, etc.).
