NY designer black basketweave texture jacquard knit

This is a beautiful yarn dyed, textured, jacquard knit from a NY designer. The face has a wonderful basketweave pattern (3" repeat) and the reverse is also very pretty, but better left as the wrong side as there are floaters. The coloring is jet black, and the fabric is medium weight with some body in the drape with lots of dimension and texture. It would make a wonderful knit dress or skirt, tunic, fitted jacket, skirt, etc. It has about 10% widthwise stretch and about 20% lengthwise. Test first if you would like to hand wash, and hang to dry, or dry clean.
