From a NY designer, this is a beautiful silk crepe de chine, a blouse weight that is nearly opaque with a soft drape. It has a versatile flower motif (11.5" repeat) in off white on a navy background (PANTONE 19-3933, 11-4301). Perfect for a blouse, top, scarf, dress, etc. Some styles may need lining or layering.
